The author of this
book touches upon the movie which I've watched recently it is titled A
Time to Kill. It is about the black man who want to revenge on white people
who raped his child. What I found unusual in this movie is that
White people are described as inhuman, merciless and uneducated people from
lower-class. What is more, more those white people tend to base their actions on the old-fashioned
stereotypes. On the other hand, we can also able to observe the attitude of the
white attorney for him the race does not matter in those case. In this movie we can observe white people who
are persecuted because of the fact that they defend the rights of Blacks.
In my B.A paper I want to
focus on the issue of discrimination from slightly different perspective. I
would like to pay attention and highlight positive attitudes of Whites who
understand that the color of a skin is not a factor that determines person’s personality
and the level of intelligence.
